The compliance of the labelling of alcoholic beverages with legal provisions is one of the most common charges in disputes with the authorities supervising the market of alcoholic beverages (e.g. the Agricultural and Food Quality Inspection). Any irregularities may result in financial penalties or even an order to suspend further sale of the product.

In the case of labelling of alcoholic beverages, not only national regulations (egg the Act on Packaged Goods) but also EU regulations (e.g. Regulation No. 110/2008) should be taken into account.

Our experience includes giving opinions on the label designs of alcohol beverage and creating labelling instructions for these products. We also have experience in advising on labelling disputes with the authorities of the Agricultural and Food Quality Inspection.
