Hanna Duda is an experienced lawyer with over 20 years of experience in supporting business entities in the food and pharmaceutical industries. She specializes in issues of international trade and freight, as well as the labour law and civil proceedings.
Her experience includes ongoing legal assistance for companies with international reach. She supports companies comprehensively by servicing shareholders’ meetings, providing ongoing management of the management board, handling employee issues, preparing regulations and orders effective at the Companies, domestic agreements and foreign contracts regarding trade in goods, contracts with banks, insurers, payment collaterals, participating in complaint procedures and court and enforcement proceedings, both domestically and abroad.
