Olga is a lawyer who has several years of experience in providing services to entrepreneurs in Life Sciences area. In her work, she supports large companies and international corporations as well as smaller business and innovative start-ups.
She has knowledge and experience in, among other things, the drafting and verification of contracts and procedures in order to ensure compliance in the production, manufacturing, distribution and trading of medical devices and medicinal products, as well as the legal assessment of labelling, advertising and marketing activities in sensitive industries. It has been providing advice on the legal compliance of marketing activities for medical devices since the introduction of regulations restricting the advertising of medical devices.
It also gladly supports entrepreneurs in proceedings before regulatory bodies and prepares legal opinions on product qualification, innovative solutions or other current legal issues in the healthcare system and regulated markets – in particular in the pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, food or alcoholic beverage sectors.
She is also interested in issues related to the application of new technologies and artificial intelligence in the life sciences sector, including the processing of health data.
She is the author of publications on medical device law, medical law and product law, and has been a speaker at scientific conferences and events.
She graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and the French Law School co-organised by the Jagiellonian University and the University of Orleans. She gained her experience in law firms in Krakow and Warsaw, providing both general legal advice and in the Life Sciences practice.
She speaks English and French.
