Oskar Luty has been involved in the medical and pharmaceutical industry for over 15 years. He specializes in providing legal advice to pharmaceutical and medical companies, pharmacies, doctors, pharmacists as well as scientific and industry organizations. He has extensive negotiation and trial experience as well as in formulating marketing, distribution and regulatory strategies.

An experienced and valued educator and trainer; he has conducted over 250 trainings and specialist trade courses over the last years - for companies, doctors and pharmacists. He is a lecturer of many leading universities (Kozminski University, Warsaw Medical University, Poznan University of Economics).
His experience includes provision of comprehensive advice to the Life Sciences industry, for instance in the field of protection of personal data, advertising, compliance, distribution, research, public procurement, product liability, as well as matters related to the activities of law enforcement and inspection authorities and the judiciary. An author of many scientific and specialist publications. He speaks German, French, Russian, Latin and fluent English.
He graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. A graduate of the Centre for American Law Studies, Postgraduate European Law Studies and the Erasmus Universitait Rotterdam scholarship course. Attorney at the District Chamber of Advocates in Warsaw.
